For delivery in the Netherlands , we have chosen to use the services of PostNL in a joint effort with MyParcel.
When you buy a small piece of clothing or small items such as cards , prints, etc, you can often send the order by the mailbox mail . Post NL also provides mailbox mail with track & trace number. Because we think it is important that we can offer security to our customers we only ship with track & trace number. You will always receive an email with a Track & Trace number that allows you to track the package. A parcel send via standard mail with track & trace number costs € 3.95 . Mailbox Post is only available for the selection which we indicate with the filter "mailboxsize gifts".

For delivery in the Netherlands , we strive to ship within 2 workingdays after payment is received. Depending on the size and product orders are shipped as parcel with track & trace number or mailbox size. The track & trace number can be found in the e-mail you receive from us after we have offered at PostNL the package.
We try to get your package at your home as soon as possible. Post NL is doing 1-3 days to deliver the package, this depends on what day you placed your order. On Sunday and Monday there are no parcels delivered. Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are so happy with our stuff that you just want to order new things and want to give us free marketing with all your friends, but if you for some reason are not satisfied with what you have received we ask you to send an email within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the article back within 14 days .
Does take into account the following :
- We received the products like unused and in perfect condition again (including the original and a packaging that is still intact) .
- Return shipments are at your own expense and risk. The exchange for another size or color, we will pay the shipping cost of the new shipment with the right product
- Returns are not available for personalized items or special made for someone
- In the normal course of business , we make sure the money will be within 7 days refunded to your account , if this take a little longer we will let you know
If the return does not meet the requirements ( see above ), and we therefore can not sell it anymore , you will not receive the money back into your account.
